v25.0running in 50-60fps in my 8gb macbook air with medium to mostly high settings.

v25.0.1in 8gb M3 air
dont use cxpatcher. it will make the game laggy. turn on dxvk and msync. after opening the game for first time go to settings and set to borderless window. if you dont do it and cmd+tab or swipe workspace your mac will be zoomed out and will become unresponsive. at this point you will have to force shutdown by pressing on in power button.

works very well.
CrossOver
v25.0in 8gb M3 air,
getting 60+ fps in medium settings. if you turn on DXVK you can get more fps but snowfall will be invisible. so turn on D3DMetal

Native
in 8gb m3 air.

Native
running in my M3 8gb air. with lots of graphical mods and shaders and 2k texture replacers. and it is surprisingly runs in 50-60 fps with all these graphical mods. game looks next gen with all these mods. though i couldn't managed to work enb
Native
game works fine in my 8gb M3 air. no issues.
note that there will be huge stutterings at the starting point of the game. once you go to city there will be no stutter at all.
Parallels
v20in 8gb m3 air
only the drm free copy works fine in parallels. if you download from steam then rockstar launcher will make it unplayable. the steam version stutters so much
CrossOver
v25.0it works fine in a 16gb M3 macbook pro.
CrossOver
v25.0there is no way that one can play a fps game in 45-50 fps. also it stutters like hell.
in D3DMetal there will be less fps and more stutters but textures will load properly.
in DXVK performance is good but textures of leaf and bushes will not load
in DXMT game will open and shows a grey screen only but sound will work fine.
Parallels
v20in 8GB M3 air.
everything is working fine in parallels. no graphical or performance issue
Parallels
v20in 8gb M3 air
works perfectly without any lag or stuttering. there are some crackling sounds in some serious heavy situations but otherwise everything is fine.
Native
in 8gb M3 air
works perfectly in ultra settings 2k without a single lag or stutter
CrossOver
v24.0running in 8gb M3 Air
game works fine in ultra settings. no stuttering. just dont turn on vsync.
Parallels
v20running in a base M3 air
you can hear crackling sounds sometimes. it is because of the high resolution. set the res to HD and the crackling sound will be gone. i played it an year ago. so i wasn't concerned about settings. later i understood the main reason
CrossOver
v25.0running in a base 8gb m3 air
if you want to squeeze maximum performance from this hear my advice. i tried soo many combinations
crossover 25.0 + cxpatcher v0.6.3.5
before patching select latest moltenvk and ue4 hack
turn dxvk and esync on in crossover. in this way you squeeze the maximum performance
CrossOver
v25.0running in a base 8gb M3 Air.
i ran it in lowest graphics and set the frame limit to 30. just dont turn on fsr. fsr will increase the fps to 60-70 though but it will worsen the image quality too much. so just dont scale resolution. let it in 100%. the game will not look bad you will get a stutter free 30 fps.
also there is a known bug of white dots in character models in low light conditions. turning of fsr helps it but not too much
Parallels
v20runnning in a base 8gb m3 air.
running in a win10 ARM insider preview. running in win11 gives less performance. so run in win10 if you want to get a better performance
Native
running in my base 8gb macbook air with graphics in 2k res. i am getting 50ish fps. if you want 60 you can lower up the setting. mine are in high settings as you can see in the screenshot
CrossOver
v25.0>finished the game and spent 120+ hours in it in my 8gb base M3 MacBook Air.
>settings=in crossover D3DMetal and ESync is turned on. In game VSYNC half, FXAA on, TAA medium, Texture medium, TAA sharpening 27 notch (to look game less blurry) and every others set to low
>by far only problem is in act 1 shadows will not render correctly.
