Go to Wine Configuration.
Click on 'Libraries.'
Add mscoree. Do this by clicking on the drop down arrow key (^ but pointing down) and type in mscoree.
Once you do that, click the 'Add' button.
It should appear down in the list below. Look for it and edit it by selecting it and clicking 'Edit.'
Change it to 'Native (Windows).'
